一般的涤纶针刺毡的连续工作温度只能达到130℃，若工作温度超过130℃长时间运行，则其强力就会失去很多，而且产生很大的收缩，使滤袋的尺寸发生变化，进而影响过滤效果。我公司采用特殊工艺生产的中温针刺毡，是用玻璃纤维机织布作基布，在配以优质涤纶，PPS,亚克力短纤作层面，使其具有断裂强力高，断裂伸长小，热收缩率小，耐温适中等特点，满足了工作温度要求在150℃-170℃。常温滤料不能满足而采用高温滤料又太浪费的需要，可在很大程度上降低运行成本。按照工况条件的不同要求，我哦那公司对中温针刺毡做各种功能处理，如拒水防油，PTFE浸渍，涂层，覆膜等。
Polyester needle felt usually  work under 130 ℃。 When working temperature more than 130 ℃  the felt will loss more strength and have a big shrink that size will be changed. So that the filtration efficiency will be discounted. We apply special technology to develop anti-medium temperature needle  felt. Glass fiber weave as basic scrim, then mix excellent polyester, PPS or acrylic short fiber as bedding. Apply medium temperature needle felt can reduce operation cost because it is a bridge between normal temperature material and high temperature material that avoid waste and lack. Finish treatment can be made according to special working conditions such as water and oil proof, PTFE immersion, coating ,membrane and others.
