 聚四氟乙烯(PTFE) 薄膜表面光滑且耐化学物质,将其覆合到普通过滤材料的表层,起到一次性粉尘层的作用,将粉尘全部截留在膜的表面,实现表层过滤,又因该膜表面光滑,有极佳的化学稳定性,不老化,又憎水,使截留在表面的粉尘很容易剥落,同时提高了滤料的使用寿命。

Smooth surface , anti chemical substance, cover it to surface of common filtration material to play a role of disposable dust, keep dust to stay in the surface , to realize the surface filtration. Excellent chemical stability because of enough smooth surface. Because of  no aging and water-hating the surface dust easy to spall. Filter cloth using life extended.
与普通滤料相比,其优点有:
1.薄膜孔径在0.2-3um之间,过滤效率均能达到99.99%以上,几乎实现零排放。清灰后不改变孔隙,除尘效率一直很高。
Film bore diameter between 0.2 to 0.3 um, above 99.99$ filtration efficiency, near to zero emission. No change on pore after cleaning. Always keep high efficiency of dust collection,
2.覆膜滤料在开始使用时,压力损失要高于普通滤料,但在投入运行后,压力损失随时间的增加变化却不大,而普通滤料的压力损失会随时间的延长而越来越大。
Pressure loss higher than common filtration material at the beginning. Pressure loss increase as time past , pressure loss of common material will be higher and higher as time passed.

3.普通滤料在使用中粉尘很容易入到内部,而且越积越多,直到将孔隙堵死,导致不能继续使用。而使用PTFE覆膜滤料,过滤的粉尘很容易从覆膜表面清除,清灰效果好,周期长,使用的清灰压力强度较低,从而提高了滤料的使用寿命,降低了产品的运行费用。
Dust easily enter into inside and accumulate more and more till pore blasted that material can not be used any more. But PTFE membrane filtration material is different that dust can be easily removed from surface and long cleaning cycle and cleaning pressure strength lower so that material life time improved, operation cost reduced.
