我公司所选用大纤维公司纤维厂生产的1.2旦，2旦，2.5旦涤纶优质细旦丝。引用先进设备生产涤纶（聚酯）纤维针刺过滤毡，可将五种以上不同材质，不同规格的纤维均匀定量混合，再用多台混开棉机组及梳理机组利于纤网之间不同纤维间层复合，梯度变换。该产品除具有普通毡类绿布特有的空隙度高，透气性好，积尘效率高，使用寿命长等优点外，因其耐温等级适中，瞬间可达150℃，耐酸，耐碱适中的特点外而且有非常好的耐磨性，故它是毡类铝材中使用量大的一个品种。克重从350g/㎡-600g/㎡厚度从1mm-4mm,幅宽2.5米以下我厂均可生产，并可分切至各种幅宽。表面处理方式按照工况条件的不同要求，可进行烧毛，軋光，拒水防油，PTFE浸渍，涂层，覆膜等处理。
We choose the excellent thin denier silk. The Polyester silk is purchased from formal  fiber factory. Meanwhile we bring in advanced production machine. The machine can mix five different materials and sizes uniformly. Beside contain the same advantage as common felt ,this type felt also have such advantages as good anti-abrasion, high instant temperature (to 150 ℃,anti-acid and anti-alkali. Because of these advantage the felt can be used widely in line. We can offer weight from350g/㎡ to 600g/㎡,thickness from 1mm to 4mm, width less than 2.5 meters. Also can help to cut the width as needed. Surface treatment can meet requires according to certain working conditions. Surface treatment way provided such as singeing, calendering, water and oil proof, PTFE dipping, coating,  membrane.
